Our service is distinct from legal representation in patent filings and does not include patent registration.
Registration Assistance: We do not manage patent registrations but facilitate connections with experienced local patent attorneys and agents, particularly for the US, to assist clients with the formal filing and prosecution process.
Complimentary USPTO Services: Gnovelty offers additional convenience services related to the USPTO, which support clients in preparing for submissions. These services are not a substitute for legal advice or representation.
